Iron Toxicity in relation to parasites, viruses & disease in general

Iron – the most abundant mineral on the planet, yet we are told we don’t have enough?

Iron toxicity is a subject that I have been meaning to write about for a while. I did pause releasing information about this because I came across some information that appeared initially to be contradictory to what I was going to express. It was presented by the Taygetean contactees from CosmicAgency on Youtube, who I very much value.

I realised however that what appeared to be contradictory wasn’t really. Much of the information I am to present in this and subsequent blog posts, are about there being too much iron trapped in the cells of the body where it shouldn’t be kept, that is not being properly regulated so that the iron is properly taken to where is should be.

The CosmicAgency videos on the importance of Iron are talking about the cabal reducing iron in our blood, for example by replacing the iron in our blood with graphene oxide that I briefly wrote about in my last blog. So while it first appears that the information doesn’t tie-in, it actually fits in quite nicely once I learn’t about the bigger picture of iron metabolism and the fact that what I am presenting here, only affects certain people, not all.

If am I missing something or the sources of information are corrupted somehow, then I do very much welcome receiving further information about it, but I do believe that the information I am going to provide will be very useful to a lot of people – otherwise I would not be writing about it!

What people can benefit from reducing iron toxicity?

As the title of this blog suggests, iron levels affect how easily parasites and other organisms can live inside the body. I will be referring to physical parasites seeing as we will be looking into physical biochemistry. However, because the physical and energetic bodies are interrelated, those experiencing problems with energetic parasites and other astral entities should greatly benefit too.

Some people might note that people like Hulda Clarke linked a lot of diseases to parasites. So in that regard working on the underlying problem that makes us more susceptible to parasites in the first place can help people with those diseases too.

They include chronic fatigue syndrome, Crohn’s and other digestive system issues, arthritis, “auto-immune” disorders and a whole host of neurological disorder to name but a few.

Due to the fact that iron impacts quite a number of processes in the body it can greatly help with the underlying conditions of many other diseases. Because all processes in the body including the immune system require energy to function, iron’s impact on energy production can affect all sorts of problems.

One other consideration is DNA activation and spiritual growth. Having more DNA activated means more proteins are being made that will provide us with more abilities in the future. This comes at the price of energy. To be able to have our system running more as it was designed to do and to maintain ourselves in that state requires more energy.

How many of you have healed something or activated a new ability for a period of time, whilst meditating for example, for it to return to its previous state over the subsequent minutes, hours or days? A lack of vital energy is likely one of the main reasons and aiding our energy production by supporting our mitochondria is therefore important. Reducing iron toxicity is a big part of this. There are energetic reasons too of course so working on those at the same time is important but that’s another subject.

This information will be more important for males versus females, as women release a small amount of iron through their monthly period. It will likely benefit people in Western countries and/or those that have seen a lot of control over farming, food processing, supplementation, vaccine implementation etc. This is especially so for the English speaking countries it seems! An Italian client of mine for example says that in his country it is very easy to buy straight from farmers in their local markets, farmers who don’t use any chemicals. So please understand that this information won’t be as useful to some people as others.

A very brief history of iron overload

A lot of knowledge of cell metabolism and the different metals, chemicals and enzymes that are needed for it, were known about already in the early 1900s. Scientists like Krebs, who had the energy cycle named after him, apparently knew very well the role of iron, magnesium, copper and other chemicals in energy production.

It was supposedly known about all I have written about below at those times. So what happened? In the 1940s, especially after the war, a technique used to spray chemicals into the air, famously known as “chemtrails” was started, that increased the soil’s ability to leech certain chemicals including iron. More fertilisers designed to help farmers food productivity, but unfortunately encouraged more iron and calcium out of the soil and into the plants they were growing, and less copper and magnesium (needed to regulate iron and calcium by the way)  were being sold to farmers. Iron fortification processes in certain foods were started, which has been doubled, tripled and quadrupled over the years since. Here in the UK it is apparently law to fortify flours with iron which means that all foods made from it have iron filings – try and find processed foods without flour especially wheat flour in them these days! The recommended uptake of iron has equally been increased multiple times. The medical profession has been educated to think that we are all low on iron i.e. anaemic and not be educated on what is needed to regulate iron in the body (e.g. copper and retinol). The forms of testing for iron have been done so as to only look into the levels of iron in our blood, rather than look at other sources of where iron might be in the body.

Most of this happened in the USA, UK and certain European countries that has since spread to other countries over the years as corporations increased their sphere of influence.

Strange don’t you think that all this happened when iron is not only the most abundant mineral on the planet (estimated to be 36% of the planet!) but it is also a mineral that is very efficiently recycled in the body, meaning that we don’t actually need much of it in our diet!

All a bit strange huh?!

What is iron toxicity?

It is simply the build-up of iron inside the cells of the body and in and around the cells such as in the joints and muscles, due to their being too much iron for the body to deal with.

Iron is important for the body. It is needed for the transport of oxygen in the haem (spelt heme in American English) proteins of red blood cells and it is needed for the electron transport chain for producing ATP – the body’s energy source. So if there is not enough iron in the body then disease will occur quickly, as all the processes in the body need ATP to run.

As has been pointed out by the Taygeteans, iron is part of the energetic field created by the donut-like shape of red blood cells. Those that have looked into “sacred geometry” will note how the donut shape links in with torroidal fields, so red blood cells when healthy, create a protective field for the aura/energy body, helping to repel astral entities/parasites.

Just like any other nutrient, too much iron can be just as harmful as too little. Iron recycling in the body is very efficient. This means that the body does not easily get rid of excess iron. This excess iron therefore gets trapped in the body and causes inflammation – you can think of it as rust happening in the body.

This inflammation has been linked to a whole host of different diseases depending on where most of this inflammation occurs. If a lot is trapped in the joints for example, then it can lead to arthritis. If it’s in nervous tissue then it can lead to shingles, or MS. Overall it, along with other issues in the modern world, very much affects energy levels, meaning that all processes of the body are reduced promoting many diseases.

Most of the iron gets trapped inside lysosomes within the cells. A lysosome is a part of the cell where waste material, foreign or not, is destroyed so that hopefully it can be recycled. If the cell struggles to destroy the contents of a lysosome or there is simply too much to deal with, then the cell can release some of this outside the cell via an exosome so that immune cells like macrophages can eat it up.

If even this does not relieve the pressure on the cell, then the cell can become toxic and struggle to perform its functions. Usually this results in the cell starting apoptosis – programmed cell death, where the cell literally destroys itself and immune cells come to eat up the remains.

This is really what is happening whenever doctors say that there is an “auto-immune” disease. Immune cells do not attack the cells of your body without good reasons. Those cells are struggling with toxicity in the first place!

Immune cells obviously have a lot of lysosomes and because immune cells like macrophages are used to gobble-up struggling cells in the body among other debris outside of cells, anything that cannot be recycled can build up in these immune cells. Iron is one of those that can potentially build up if there is already enough iron for building haem proteins for example.

As you can tell, this might mean that the macrophages themselves can struggle with toxicity which is one of the reasons for lower immunity from iron toxicity. It also means that any organs that use phagocytosis can also start to build up iron toxicity – this is why the intestines suffer so much from iron toxicity as phagocytosis is used by gut cells to digest certain ingredients.

If you’d like to learn more about the function of lysosomes and it’s relation to disease, then I suggest that you look into a process called “lipofuscin”. It has to be said that iron overload is not the only cause of this toxicity in the lysosomes. PUFAs (poly-unsaturated fatty acids) are another contributing factor among many for example. Matt Blackburn’s radio show “mitolife radio” has many interviews with scientists relating to this subject.

I will try and explain the increased oxidative stress of too much iron versus too little copper and retinol in another blog.

Haemochromatosis

A lot of what I wrote in the above paragraph might sound to some people like haemochromatosis. It is described as a genetic disorder where too much iron is absorbed into the body and so deposits of it build up in the body.

People who know me well, know that I believe (and many scientists agree with me!) that genetics is not set. It is dynamic and changes according to the environment. That includes the emotional, mental and other energetic environments, not just the physical. So whenever someone says that something has a genetic cause, I very much question what is really going on to make the cells of the body not function properly!

Genetics and viruses are very often used to cover up the real causes of a disease in my opinion. Often it is a new toxic chemical released into the world or a new form of radiation (like 5G) that is the real cause – much like this con-vid situation we are in now!

Regardless, some of the forms of treatment for haemochromatosis can aid in iron toxicity.

Iron relating to viruses

I mentioned above briefly about how struggling cells sometime bud-off things called exosomes. Those exosome can contain all sorts of debris from the struggling cell such as genetic material, proteins, enzymes and of course a variety of toxins, one of which could be iron. Others could include aluminium, lead, mercury, flouride etc.

What are these exosome most often called instead? Viruses!

Yes, that’s right, viruses are simply poop from cells that are struggling. It is well known that virologists looking through an electron microscope cannot tell the difference between a virus and an exosome – that’s because they are the same thing! The main problem is that “scientists” never seem to do the right tests to see if the so-called “virus” came from the cells being investigated rather than from an outside source as they claim.

The purpose of this article is about iron, so I’ll leave the virus conspiracy to another day, but if you’d like to look into it, there are a whole host of books (now strangely hard to buy in some countries – I wonder why!?) that talk about this subject but the main person I mostly looked into was Dr Andrew Kauffman. So, have a look into his work if this interests you.

Learning to properly read and question scientific papers is a must if you truly want to understand about how the virus theory has managed to survive and be used as an excuse for the real causes of diseases 😉

Hydroxychloroquine & Ivermectin

There has been a lot of talk about these drugs during this con-vid “epidemic”. It might interest you to note that both of these drugs that people  have been saying greatly helped them with their symptoms, are anti-parasitic drugs!

Ivermectin works by disrupting calcium channels in the muscles of invertebrates.

Hydroxychloroquine is more interesting with regard to this article because it relates to iron. It is related to chloroquine, also an anti-malarial drug. If you ignore all the over-complicated and misinformed information about it on the internet, it is basically a metal chelator. And what is the main metal found in the body, especially in the West? Iron! And where is this iron most often concentrated in? The lysosomes of the cells of the body.

This is why it is stated that chloroquine drugs have an affinity to lysosomes. If you remember what I wrote above about lysosomes relating to “viruses”, hydroxycloroquine’s ability to take away any iron from the lysosome thus relieving the pressure on the struggling cell, means that the cell no longer will produce exosomes – that mistakenly are called viruses. This is why these drugs are often stated to help with “viruses.”

By reducing the levels of iron concentrated in the cells of the body, especially in the lysosomes of cells where iron is concentrated in iron overloaded people, hydroxychloroquine reduces the inflammatory processes in those cells. The immune system is thus stronger to fight off infections and parasites, as the body is not using so much energy.

Researchers like Morley Robbins also state that parasites and bacteria love iron, as they need it for their own metabolism and he simplifies things by saying that chloroquine drugs reduce the their ability to get at that iron, also helping to kill them off.

So…… do I recommend that people take hydroxychloroquine or other forms of chloroquine? NO! At least not for long periods.

If it was only iron that these drugs pulled out the body then it would be better, but the fact that they pull out all sorts of metals (yes including harmful ones like lead, mercury, aluminium etc!) it also means that they pull out useful metals too, including magnesium and copper. Magnesium and copper are both metals that are extremely low in the diets of a lot of Western people (again especially in the English speaking countries) and they are both essential for health in various ways.

So while these drugs can be useful to save lives in acute situations, they are certainly not recommended in the long run.

Blood donation – is the primary way of reducing excess iron in the body.

Testing for iron levels & anaemia????

Understanding how the established medical profession tests for iron levels, and utterly fails at knowing what is really going on in a lot of people’s bodies, is an important thing to understand. I will try to say it as simply as I can because there are a lot of biochemical things to consider here and I don’t want this to turn into too long a blog.

Typical blood tests that are done in Western countries include:

  • FBC (full blood count) – simply measures how many red blood cells (and other blood cells) you have in a sample of blood. This does not however measure how much iron is in each RBC present in haemoglobin and so isn’t that useful to understand how well iron is being metabolised. Often analysis of cell shape, colour etc is also done.
  • Haemoglobin levels – this is not always done anymore, but it is simply a measure of the levels of haemoglobin in the red blood cells. While it can help in understanding how much haemoglobin is being made and thus show how much iron is being used to create it, it fails to show whether there is something else stopping iron from being loaded into haem proteins to make haemoglobin (e.g. from too low copper).
  • Ferritin – not all doctors will select this test but I know that when I was a biochemist in hospital labs that I would automatically tick this test for the doctors if anaemia was suspected. Ferritin is a protein that stores iron in the tissues of the body. There are two forms of ferritin but the standard blood tests do not identify the difference and so is a useless marker of iron metabolism and levels in the body.

Those are the main tests these days. As you can see, none of the tests give you a full picture of how much iron is really in the body and where it might be accumulating or what is stopping the iron from being used where it is needed.

Serum iron tests, which are not common would give a better idea of how iron is being metabolised in the body i.e. how efficient the iron recycling system is. However if you really want to get a better picture of iron status in the body then you really need to measure the levels of iron in the cells and how easily it is able to move around. An example is haemosiderin measurements, which never seem to be measured. If there is a lack of bio-available copper to load iron into ferritin and/or haem proteins, then iron is stored with haemosiderin, mainly in macrophages.

If you really wanted to get a good picture of where iron is in the body and whether you are lacking the nutrients, enzymes etc to take iron to where it should be, then measuring, in addition to the above tests, transferrin, ferroxidase, retinol, copper, magnesium, ferroportin, hepcidin, hephaestin etc etc even if that’s probably overkill, would give you a better picture to what’s really going on.

To simplify things, a lot of the enzymes and processes needed to properly metabolise iron rely on…. copper and magnesium. And what is getting less and less in our diets because of how the soils are being treated and what we have not been advised to eat by so-called health professionals? Copper and magnesium! I will perhaps talk more about this in a future blog.

Summary & advice

There are a lot of points I could have gone into in more detail here but I wanted to keep it as simple as possible. There are a lot of subjects that link into what I have written here, not least the subject of how EMFs, like 5G, link in with excess metals like iron in the body (notice how anything having 5G in the same sentence as con-vid is very very quickly deleted off the internet!). If you are interested in some of them then I might write more about it in future.

I will perhaps talk about copper, magnesium and retinol and their importance in the Western diet in the next blog article as most Western people are very deficient in these.

I would like to give some advice about what you can do to deal with all the complications created by the medical, food and pharmaceutical industries in the next blog. If you cannot wait till then, and especially if you want to expand your knowledge on the subjects I have mentioned here, then I highly suggest that you look at Morley Robbins’ work.

Morley Robbins, among other scientists I have been studying recently, has been connecting a lot of “dots”. One of the few who have really been looking into the link between all sorts of diseases and basic mineral balance changes in the world. I would highly recommend that you look into his work and listen to some of the many interviews of him and other scientists looking into these subjects online, such as on www.extremehealthradio.com.

His own website detailing the root cause protocol (therootcauseprotocol.com) can greatly help people with many different diseases, as all diseases can greatly benefit from better ATP production that his protocol enables.

If you suffer from sensitivities to EMFs, energetic parasites or entity attacks, I also highly recommend you look into this protocol. Why? As I said at the start, the physical and energetic are interrelated and effect each other. A more robust physical body helps in having a more robust aura/energy body.

 

A quick few things about nano technology

Graphene oxide.

Whilst I’m working on a larger blog post, which I think is relevant to a lot of the problems people are experiencing, I thought I write a few bits I have come across recently on nano tech and things related to it.

As always, use your own discernment as I cannot know for sure what is correct. The alternative and scientific community are very much infiltrated, resulting in truths and lies mixed together.

Graphene Oxide

In case you’ve been living under a rock the last couple of years, nano-tech particles have been found in the covid (or should I start saying con-vid!) vaccines, on the swabs of the con-vid test kits and even on the disposable masks people have been wearing. One of these particles people have been identifying is graphene oxide.

Graphene oxide has magnetic and therefore programmable properties. It is also suggested that it can replace iron in various proteins in the body, making it harder to remove from the body and also making it harder for enzymes and other proteins that use iron as a co-factor to work properly. Most people know that iron is at the center of haem molecules found in our red blood cells, so some obvious questions about oxygen transport are in order.

Obviously the best thing and first thing to do to reduce/prevent nano-tech influence over you is to not subject you body to these particles.

The list of places these particles are found, is not limited to the things we are being forced to use related to con-vid but are likely in a variety of products out there. Likely in chem-trails also. You can educate yourself on likely places but generally I would say stick to unprocessed foods and look into what other products you are using and try to find those that have natural ingredients. By natural, I mean in the true sense, not what companies claim are “natural”.

I would definitely start with a good water filter, as you may have seen, there are plenty of articles of people suggesting using graphene oxide as a “miracle solution for water decontamination”. Water filters are a good piece of advice anyway due to all the other chemicals found in tap water these days.

Berkey water filters are a good start as they have been show to filter out more than most, and the carbon filters can last up to 10 years depending on the water and usage. Reverse osmosis is often seen as the best way of cleaning your water, though there are arguments for the use of distillers so long as you have a nutrient rich diet.

Carbon 60 (aka C60)

I would advise against taking any carbon-60 supplement. This is a supplement I have unfortunately advised people to try in the past but now I see that it could be used as a programmable nano-tech particle.

It is often quoted as being a small molecule that is found in nature that can be used to soak up free-radical damage and thus reduce inflammation in the body. While it probably can be found in carbon deposits around the world, I find it unlikely that there would be much of it. I also dispute that it is a small molecule – does 60 carbon atoms joined together sound small to you?! So it therefore is unlikely to be able to enter places in the cells of the body some people quote and do what they say it does.

Being that C60 is a strong molecule, it is unlikely to be easy to be broken down by the body and so can get stuck and act as a receiver for electronic frequencies to your body.

Nano-tech can be de-programmed with the use of EMP and electronic field devices

This has even been recommended by the Taygetean pleiadians. Them and some human experts on this say however that EMP (Electro-Magnetic Pulse) devices need to have a high enough wattage to be able to penetrate the body deep enough and strong enough to cancel any programming of nano-tech. So those youtube clips showing you how to make basic EMP devices are not enough. They can be handy however if you want to destroy your un-needed phones as I’ve found out! Most PEMF (pulsed electro-magnetic field therapy) mats that are sold are not strong enough to penetrate even the outermost layers of the skin and so are a waste of money.

Unfortunately it means that you need more technological knowledge to build a decent EMP device to help with reducing nano-tech impact. You can buy them if you have enough money – the cheapest that are powerful enough are upwards of USD $4000!

EMPs can be damaging to health however if you use them too often and care needs to be used with these machines. There are some interesting interviews with people in the PEMF scene on www.extremehealthradio.com if you would like to look into this more. For example with Dr Bryant Meyers.

What else you can do

Obvioulsy, avoiding or limiting  the EMFs that program these nano-tech particles is advisable.

You may have noticed that any video or article on mainstream sites linking con-vid and 5G were taken down within minutes. This is because they don’t want people to link the electromagnetic frequencies they are using in a variety of electronic devices (not just 5G by the way) with the nano-technology found in the vaccines, tests and masks.

Even without these particles they are trying to get into us, many EMFs are harmful to us anyway. I will explain more in future what iron has to do with this for example. So avoiding and/or mitigating EMFs is good advice in general. Limiting your time on devices and switching off your electricity at night (apart from the circuit to the fridge maybe ;-)) are becoming common place in awakened people’s homes. If you can do without such devices then even better.

…and keep working on your own vibration through various ways. That way you can maintain what vibrations you wish and prevent EMFs affecting you. With practice of course 😉

Is the body important for spirituality?

Though I truly believe that once you tap into your highest potential you can very much be like a yogi and be able to drink arsenic without ill effect, we are not there yet. The vast majority of us are not able to master our energy to such an extent that incoming vibrations do not affect us. We have to follow the path of least resistance and often that means doing the practical thing.

I feel this is an important point to get across because I find many people try to heal for example using energetic techniques, yet they are still eating foods that are not supportive of their body, taking in light that interrupts their bodily rhythms and doing little exercise that gets the fluids of the body moving.

Your physical body is the vessel from which you are currently experiencing from. If you do not look after it, then it can be hard (though definitely not impossible!) to perform certain spiritual practices, grow and heal.

This is why if you look into eastern practices, they include a lot of advice about diet, exercise, breathing, even how to arrange your home among other things. Not just advice on  meditation, astral travel etc. A yogi for example does not just perform “stretches” like we tend to believe in the West. Yoga is an all encompassing approach to improve life from many different angles.

When you realise that the energy bodies (emotional, mental, astral and so on) are affected by the vibration of the physical body and vice versa, then you may start to work from both ends, taking you much more quickly on your path than working purely energetically or physically.

If you struggle to meditate and feel clouded in your mind and low on energy, then you might find that looking after the health of your body may help. Many of those thoughts, emotions and other sensations that distract you from your focus are due to signals from the body telling you of its distress.

Having said that, those who have been looking into health over the years may see how much harder the practical things that improve our health are compared to generations ago.

Our grandparents (or great-grandparents depending on how old you are!) did not have to worry about acid rains, chem-trails, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and various other chemicals affecting what minerals are able to come from the soil to our food or directly affecting out food. They did not have to worry so much about processing of our foods after being harvested, such as having additives of various kinds, many of which need a scientific degree to even begin to understand what they are and potentially what they do to our body. They didn’t have to worry about plastics and metals like aluminium leeching into our food from the packaging or being irradiated or exposed to fumes before they reached the shop. Food was simply much closer to its natural state in the old days.

We are constantly digesting light all through the day. In the old days apart from candles that don’t have as much impact as the blue-dominant light bulbs we have, they got the right wavelengths of light at the right times of the day for the pineal gland and other biological clock functions to work properly.

We are also experiencing thousands of times and increasing, levels of radiation than them too. This is why I have written several articles on mitigating this and am reminding my clients about the importance of it too.

People were much more active in the past too. There wasn’t so much machinery to do things for us nor were things set-up so that you could buy food through your car window – you had to walk!

So as you can see, modern life means that health isn’t as easy as it was in the past. It often requires you to educate yourself  to keep up with the ever changing flow of new chemicals, processing techniques, changes in how our soils are affected and new and increasing EMFs.

Many people groan when advice is given on these subjects. Going back to my blog on the mainstream-alternative media and even in the main-stream media itself, one of the techniques they employ is to flood media with information on these subjects.

In that way, not only is the useful information dwarfed by the not-so-good advice but it makes it harder to find and often it is ridiculed. Also due to this flooding of information, people get fed-up with it and so when potentially life-changing advice is given we, often end up saying “Ugh! Not another person giving dietry advice!”

I find that those that fare better with their health, apart from those that live without so much influence from western advice, are often the ones that have spent years looking into these subjects and learning it for themselves. They use themselves as the guinea pigs too. I will likely post some things that myself and my Naturopath wife have tried over the years as examples that may help you.

No one method may help everyone but I hope that more people look after their bodies so that we have more ease with our spiritual practices.

Is “Resonating with something” always a positive thing?

It is quite common these days to hear people saying “I resonate with that” or “That doesn’t resonate with me” but I sometimes wonder whether people comprehend what they are saying.

Resonance is when something is the same, or in the same set of frequencies as another thing.  So for example when several musical instruments are all tuned so that the A note is 432Hz (and all other notes are tuned in line with that of course) then the instruments will be in harmony and there will be a pleasant sound when they are played together – so the instruments are resonating with each other.

Dissonance is where something is not at the same frequency or set of frequencies with another thing. So in our musical instrument example, if one of the instruments was tuned to another frequency such as A 440Hz, then it would not be in tune with the other instruments and when they are played together there will not be such a pleasant sound – the instruments are dissonant to each other.

All particles have different frequencies. Matter and frequency are interrelated – the matter is determined by it’s frequency. Ice is a lower vibration than water which is a lower vibration than steam.

This is the same for emotions, thoughts, astral energy, beliefs and beyond. Guilt is a lower vibration than anger which is a lower vibration than kindness. Similarly a thought about killing someone is a lower vibration than blaming someone, which in turn is lower than thinking of gratitude for someone.

There are many examples I can give, but I’m sure you get the idea. Understand also that whilst experiencing being human that we have a huge mixture of different frequencies within us. Most of which we are not fully aware of and what we would often say is stored in our sub-consciousness or un-consciousness.

If you watch your thoughts for a day, you may notice lots of different, often contradictory thoughts and emotions based on the different beliefs we hold within us. You may have a lot of hope for the future of humanity at one point of the day based on the beliefs that humanity learns from its mistakes or that we have love for each other (or a great many other possible beliefs) yet at another part of the day you may feel that humanity is doomed based on the beliefs that there are limited resources, that we are destroying the planet and that we are always at war with each other etc etc. The same goes for beliefs, thoughts and emotions about our health, money, love life, spiritual progress and so on.

Because we have so many different frequencies of energy within us, it is very possible to resonate with a great many things. That includes things that do not serve us in helping us go in the direction of life we wish.

As an example, say you have been smoking for many years and you want to give up smoking. Your body is used to you smoking and so is vibrating at a different frequency to someone who doesn’t smoke. You still have part of you that resonates with not smoking (that’s what your body wants afterall) but the thoughts, emotions, habits etc of smoking dominate over those that don’t.

So what happens when you try to give up smoking? Your body, emotions, thoughts, habits etc have to change. The old frequency has to give way to a newer frequency. That means the old comes up to be cleared in the form of emotions that are uncomfortable and thoughts that are also uncomfortable not to mention body habits that are hard to break.

After giving up smoking for a number of days your vibration is changing but you are still mostly vibrating at the frequency of a smoker. You still resonate you could say with being a smoker. So what happens when someone offers you a cigarette and you light up that cigarette and breathe in that smoke? Relief! Because you have now stopped the process of change from one frequency of body, emotion, thought etc to that of a non-smoker.

I have personally seen this many times with my diet when trying to apply spiritual concepts to my food choices. When I kept seeing that my body wanted processed chocolate, sweets, cakes etc when pointing at different foods and tuning into what “resonated” with me, I started to see that maybe choosing things that resonate with me all the time wasn’t actually a good thing.

This was the same with spiritual teachings over the years. Many things I came across felt good and I would say that I resonated with them, only to realise that ultimately those teachings didn’t help me grow spiritually. Or I would feel into history or science and believe in what I felt gave a resonant feeling inside, only to discover that some of it was not true or not useful to me.

So try to be conscious of what you are saying to yourself and what choices you make based on that, when you say you “resonate” with something. Know that often there is discomfort, a dissonant feeling, when the old frequencies start to clear as you make way for the new. Acts of kindness, gratitude and love for yourself and for others may not feel very good inside to start with, but as you keep doing them and you start to resonate more with it, it will!

Is there a trap after death?

Following on from my last post, talking about how the alternative media is controlled just as much as the main-stream media, hence the phrase “Mainstream-Alternative Media”, I thought I’d talk about a common fear that is prevalent in the spiritual community. This fear is that there is some sort of trap after death, that keeps you tied to the 3rd density reality, Earth and/or its rulers, whoever you may believe them to be.

I find it interesting that many people who believe this also believe that they are creator beings. If you believe that you are a creator being or at least that you are a co-creator of this reality we live in, then you must also know that you can un-create what you have created!

Whilst experiencing being human with the typical beliefs that humans have, we live in a reality where things take time to change. The denser the reality, the slower we perceive change and that often leads to the belief that we often cannot change certain things. Furthermore, this often means that most people believe there to be only one answer to any question. When there are differences in people’s experiences that often leads to arguments about who is right and who is wrong.

This one-answer mentality is taken too into people’s experiences beyond the 3rd density such as when astral travelling, using drugs or near-death experiences. In higher vibrational realities, the energy moves much faster and so you can change things much more easily and it is easier to have a different experience to someone else. Yet at the same time people often limit themselves to what they could experience by bringing with them the beliefs they hold onto from the 3D or what is being held (most often completely unknown to them) in their sub/un-consciousness.

As an example, if you study what people experienced when having a near-death-experience (NDE) you will notice that it very much reflects their beliefs system. In Christian countries there is often talk about a tunnel of light, angels or guides as well as family members who had died in the past. When you look at NDEs of people of different religions, they may too have  figures from their religious texts or teachings but not the same as the Christians, such as all the different Hindu gods for example. Those that are interested in ETs may meet up with ET looking beings instead. Those that are not religious or who are atheist may have a whole host of different experiences based on their varied beliefs, that may include simply floating above their body and being able to see their body being operated on.

You can find similar observations when talking to people who astral travel, or practice lucid dreaming. Those who practice regularly notice eventually if not straight away, that they can change things around them rather than be controlled by their surroundings. In other words, they truly realise that they are creator beings from experience. A demon can be transformed into a beautiful flower. A terrible scene can be transformed into a loving one, or they can simply teleport instantly to another place in the infinite realms of the astral reality that is more comfortable for them.

So there are three main points I’d like to bring up here:

  1. No one (including me!) can say what is true for you or not, especially outside of the physical reality where so much is possible.
  2. Your human beliefs whether conscious or sub/un-conscious are often taken with you into other realities affecting your experience, BUT…
  3. Especially when you don’t have the momentum of energy frequencies (including beliefs) of a physical body,  it is much much easier to change your frequency and therefore your experiences.

So be careful with who and what you listen to about life after leaving your human life. KNOW that there isn’t just one answer and be SELECTIVE about what you choose to resonate with – I’m using resonate in the true sense here – maybe an article to write about in future!

Every one of you is important. So much so that I consider each person to be their own timeline on their own unique path of exploration/learning/enlightenment, or whatever you believe your purpose is. In that respect it is fine if you wish to believe and therefore experiencing being trapped by supposed Earth controllers, but you don’t have to experience that if you don’t wish to!

In short, there is no cleverly constructed trap, such as “the false light”, fake heavenly gates or other scenarios that cheat you into reincarnating as a human again, unless you CHOOSE to believe that to be true. Believing there is a trap after dying IS the trap!

If you truly wish to be more free, more enlightened, then part of that is learning to be able to MAKE UP YOUR OWN DAMN MIND, rather than listen to others who give the impression they know more than you! Yes, that does include me again and everything I have ever written, including paradoxically this article 😉

There are many ways of dissolving the belief of an after-life trap, such as cancelling contracts if you believe there is one, opening up a dialogue with your mind so as to logically understand the concepts I have briefly written about above etc etc. The main way as always is to just watch your thoughts as they come up and simply not invest your energy into those you don’t wish to and invest your energy instead into thoughts about what you would like to experience after death.

What other planets would you like to incarnate on? What other races would you like to experience being? Would you like to stay in an energetic form rather than take on a physical body? Would you like to be an animal rather than and humanoid? What about being a positive dragon?!

There are many possibilities, so keep being curious so that you resonate more and more with what you’d like to experience next, rather than become more resonant with what you fear and thus experience more of what you don’t wish to.

At the very least you can understand that your experiences after death are your own creations (whether co-created or not) and so knowing that you can expose traps and knowing that you can avoid, dissolve or even completely uncreate them before death or during the death process is enough.

Learning to astral travel or lucid dream can give you a lot of experience beyond the physical body and greatly help reassure you of your abilities to create what you wish when you pass. Very useful too if you have any doubts or fears about death in general.

I personally do not fear “the other side” and I am generally happy when family or friends pass over knowing that it is not the end but a new beginning, from my experiences of astral travelling.

The Mainstream-Alternative Media

My name for the controlled media in the alternative community

I wrote in my last blog that something has been bothering me over the last few years. Don’t get me wrong, I am generally in a happy state and when I am viewing things from a higher perspective, absolutely nothing is wrong.

This world/reality is the perfect imperfection and everyone and everything has its purpose, helping to spur creation on to many new things. Helping those that come here experience different forms of separation, such that greater forms of love can be experienced as we head back in the other direction.

However, like I said in the last blog, the human side of me, the 3rd to 4th density aspect of me I am currently experiencing from, is important. There would be no point having a lower density of consciousness experience if there wasn’t a point to it and I believe that it is indeed important for each and every one of us to live life according to our human desires, thus benefiting the whole of creation as a result.

So with that paradox in mind, what is this “lower” density ego of mine concerned about? Well I came across this phrase “Mainstream-Alternative Media” that summed up how I felt about a lot of the information in the alternative media as the years went by.

I have always known that the alternative news is a mixture of truth and lies. In that aspect it is actually just the same as the mainstream media, even though on the surface it might appear different. No different to political parties seemingly being different but in actuality they follow the same established rules and do basically the same as each other. I didn’t realise however how deep the lies went in the alternative media initially.

I currently believe that spiritual, new-age, ET, UFO, health, diet, history, science and many other fields are being and have been influenced from the very start, likely by organisations such as the CIA and other similar outfits. I find it wonderful to see more and more people questioning and so waking up to the lies mixed in with the truths on these subjects, especially when it comes to mainstream media information. Yet I also see that many people tend to not question as much the information in the alternative media, as if it were free of corruption.

I have for example, been reading and often in the past believing in the many stories of different secret organisations and ET groups coming to save us. I have seen many dates of supposed events come and go since starting to follow the alternative media more closely 2011 onwards. Many reasons were given for said events not happening and I started to feel as if they were just “kicking the can down the road” as we would say in England. In other words it is keeping people waiting for something that in actuality is never going to happen.

So when I started reading about Donald Trump being the leader who was going to save America from the troubles in that country and thus save the rest of the world, I was very suspect to that. It appeared to me that most people who followed that line of information just sat back expecting everything to fall into place rather than use their energy to help create a new future. Some people claim that it could still happen via Trump or at least via the people and organisations that were backing him up. I would love that to be true and to be proven wrong but I don’t believe that will happen.

I have also for years followed the story about “Sananda”, apparently the name for Jesus in his new incarnation, and the “Ashtar Command” that is part of the galactic federation. Whilst I truly believe that there are many ET races out there who want to help us and that there is indeed a galactic federation who have ships watching over Earth, some of which intervene and stop certain things from happening that could be devastating to the planet, I don’t believe that they will come down and save us from our problems, for the same reasons that they have not come down and saved us from wars, famine, genocide etc in the past.

There is a lot of ins and outs to this subject of galactic federation – it is a HUGE subject and I feel rather than write too much here, the series of videos about this on the “Cosmic Agency” Youtube channel describes this subject and the reasons very well. I you haven’t watched that channel then I suggest you do so, as I find their beliefs to be very close to mine and it is a much more grounded, honest and detailed account of ET life than I have come across elsewhere – they also have a website – www.swaruu.org. Even though I really like this channel, again use your own discernment and like they say in some of their videos, go out and read other information and come to your own conclusions.

What I do see might happen, and may happen in the coming years, is that those trying to control this planet could use the guise of ET landings, whether as an invasion to unite us all as one against them (remember all the politician speeches “imagining how the people of Earth would let go of all their differences and unite as one if there were some outside force that threatened us such as an ET invasion”) or maybe more likely now, a peaceful landing where the ETs give us advice to solve our problems. There is already enough holographic technology and video editing technology (look at the planes hitting the twin towers yet absolutely no planes parts where found in the debris of the falling buildings and look at the amazing special effects in our films these days!) to fake things as well as their own anti-gravity craft to provide more realism.

If such an event were to happen and you don’t get to meet ETs yourself and the ET advice just so happens to follow the aims or be similar to the aims of the governments and corporations around the world, such as Agenda 30 (that if you read between the lines suppresses our freedoms in the name of saving nature), then we will have been fooled yet again.

It could be that due to the amount of control they have gained through the laws being brought in from this fake viral pandemic, that they feel that they won’t need to go to such extremes. These people behind the scenes have many plans depending on many outcomes and they have been planning for a very long time I feel. Maybe I’m basing this yet again on bogus evidence, but I wanted to write about this so at least people start to question the information that is presented to them.

So as not to be focusing too much on my worries, I do see a lot of people waking up to this “mainstream-alternative media” as I shall call it. The many people involved in diet, nutrition and the alternative health industry for example, I see are slowly working through the truth and lies and finding what actually works. The many people interviewed, often with different points-of-view, on extremehealthradio.com are good examples of this.

There are also a lot of movements looking into law and how we as people can either live in society and be able to not allow governments to dictate to us, or even be able to live outside of their laws entirely. Most people have come across “Common Law” I’m sure but that still relies on people such as Barons who are still part of their legal system and some court judges as friends of people I know have experienced, have said in court that common law doesn’t exist anymore.

Movements that work from “universal law” seem to be having more success when it comes to living outside of the system and dealing with the police and judges. As an example, friends of mine have been able to lawfully stop paying taxes, bills and avoid many laws that are restrictive such as following the corona rules. They even in fact have a video of a court judge saying that the Covid rules are unlawful! These groups are obviously targeted heavily by both the mainstream AND mainstream-alternative medias and made out to be cults to try and steer people away from them.

Paying attention to people and groups that are targeted and the sort of information that is quickly deleted off media platforms can often be very useful in helping you question. The many videos that have been deleted within minutes linking 5G with corona in certain places around the world and certain nutrients like magnesium and copper (vital for correct functioning of many enzymes in our bodies) being listed by the American FDA as being investigated as potentially harmful for us, are good examples of this.

There is a lot more I could write about this Alternative-Mainstream Media, but I just wanted to give you a few examples so that you can start to question things for yourself. I don’t want you to feel that I have all the answers. I have been fooled in the past too and I certainly don’t believe I have all the answers, but I just want to highlight the fact that information is controlled in the alternative media to a great extent.

If I can get people questioning that information more, make up their own minds and especially get people to start acting to actually help create the future they wish, rather than sit idly thinking that it is all going to be done for them, then this article has served its purpose.

I would like to write about some spiritual subjects related to this subject. I am a bit late in the game I feel when giving my thoughts on this Covid situation and I feel that many people have covered this well already, but if anyone would like more from me on this then let me know. My point-of-view in short – there is no virus, it is being used to cover-up the actual things causing disease and to get you to accept new laws and get you to take yet more toxins in the form of vaccines (that aren’t actually vaccinating you against anything), toxins on the end of the test swabs and even toxins on the disposable masks as part of reducing the population and also lessening the ability of the “soul” to be fully in the body…

Your Lower Self is Important!

Apart from the odd message encouraging people to meditate, it has been a long time since I wrote a blog message.

Partly laziness. Partly needing some space to tune into different matters for myself. Partly because not writing became a habit.

One of the big reasons was that I felt something was off, both within me and therefore what I was offering people but also in the new-age/spiritual/truther, whatever you would like to call it, community. I shall write a bit about this in upcoming blogs, likely starting off by looking at what you might call the “alternative-mainstream media”.

For now however, I’d like to talk about the other big reason for not writing – not giving enough attention to my “lower Self”. To avoid confusion here, when I say lower self, I mean the perception you are currently perceiving from, versus the higher self being the consciousness that is mostly beyond what you can currently perceive.

It is common in spiritual/new-age circles to view the lower Self as bad/wrong or at least not as good as the “higher Self”. The higher Self is often considered something to strive for even to the point of trying to dissolve the lower Self and/or the ego (even though the ego continues to  exist in a different capacity in higher versions of yourself!).

But there is a point to the lower Self isn’t there? What would be the point of all-that-is/source/god/oneness separating itself into an unlimited number of individual points-of-view, or selves if you like, if there wasn’t some importance to it?

I would say that source can better understand itself having all these perceptions of itself given by all its individuated perception-consciousnesses we often call souls. Hence it can also be able to have more information with which to be able to create more from all the information and ideas that come from those individuals. You could say therefore from this model that we feed source by this experience of being an individual, an individual like no other one.

Even from the point of view of the higher Self, which is closer to source, there is a benefit of dividing itself into lower consciousnesses. You could say that incarnating on earth, forgetting our other lives/experiences and experiencing a slower manifestation of life that is part of being human, makes us face things we would normally have easily ignored or escaped in higher vibrational states. In this way we face a lot more contrast. This contrast in turn helps us more easily define what we desire to experience or not and build up the strength to be able to shift our vibration to what we desire more easily over time. Often the earth experience is so slow changing that it might be that you do not reap the benefits until the next life – yes, please prove me wrong on this one!

There is a lot of experience of being separate from source and others in Earthly life. This creates conflict, hiearchy, lack, fight, flight and all sorts of other things related to duality. Born out of this however is ultimately love. You cannot go very far into separation without realising that you ultimately fail and that you can do greater things when involving all parts of your Self and other Selves. The Earth experience therefore ultimately propels you back towards unity consciousness, along with all sorts of creative ideas that come from the experience.

Though there can be relief from realising you exist after death and beyond a human life, putting energy into fully living a human life benefits you, everyone around you and radiates out into the cosmos. So from my perspective, there is great importance to being an individual consciousness. A “Lower Self”. Just imagine what Earth would be like if everyone worked towards their own desires and beliefs. A planet of people with over 7 billion completely different points-of-view yet in allowance of each other and helping each other manifest what each wishes!

It is from this standpoint that I decided to express more of what my human Self, the part of me writing this, perceives, rather than just observing life go by like watching a film or playing a video game without being fully engrossed!

Hopefully this spurs you on to being yourself more, rather than following some prescribed or expected route to happiness. As Dain Heer has said in his teachings “Be yourself, change the world”. You are very much missed on this planet when you don’t be who and what you truly desire to be!

I have had little time to write blog articles lately, so I have decided to try doing a video blog on Youtube instead. Using videos should help me get across information I couldn’t do with the written word alone and hopefully will save some time.

Seeing as I had visited the Bosnian pyramids again as part of the last leg of mine and Åsa-Maria’s honeymoon, I thought I would give some video footage of a few of the interesting things in the Ravne Park 2, just West of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun. Many of you have asked questions about that park so hopefully, in addition to my last written blog article, it should answer many of the questions.

The Bosnian Pyramids

I know a number of you had requested that I write about our trip to the Bosnian Pyramids back in May. I know, a bit late but I finally got around to it 😉

We went as part of one of the Grand Tours organised by the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation, which we found out about through one of Judy Satori’s newsletters. Judy Satori for those who have not come across her yet, has been speaking what she calls “light language” for many years now and uses it to bring through information, healing and transformation to help us into the “Golden Age”. She was one of the many speakers there on this trip and among other things, brought through the codes to help activate certain areas in and around the Bosnian Pyramid complex. I had listened to many of her audio tracks (many of which are completely free by the way) in 2011 and 2012 and have listened to the odd recording of hers as it feels right ever since. The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun viewed from Visoko

The town of Visoko sits right at the foot of the largest Bosnian Pyramid discovered so far – the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun as it has been named. You can see the outline of this pyramid from pretty much anywhere in the town. There were so many people on this particular tour that there was no room left in the local hotel and so we ended up staying in the many rooms available to visitors in the local Franciscan Monastery. It was very peaceful here and was perfect for those who wished to have a quieter stay.

Spiritual egos

The different speakers present on this tour certainly meant that people of different mindsets were present on the tour. We had a large group from India who resonated more with Grand Master Brahmarshi Patriji and his meditation teachings and who is also a supporter of pyramid building to aid in the awakening process. As a side note, India is now the country with the largest number of pyramids, which according to the pyramid organisation’s representatives, total over 10,000 across India and is continually growing as the benefit of pyramids is reaching more and more people.

We had people that resonated more with Judy Satori and the guidance of extraterrestrial beings on taking us to the golden age. We had people that resonated with Ladan (a spiritual lady from the UK who I may have gotten the name of wrong!) who was much more into angels and orbs, and of course we had a lot of people who resonated more with Dr Sam Osmanagich, the archeologist who was the organiser of the tour and who was the modern-day discover of the Bosnian pyramids.

This variety of mindsets certainly caused some egoic friction between the groups on the tour. This is something I commonly see between spiritual groups all around the planet, each claiming to be the one who is correct and/or have the higher knowledge. As such there has been a lot of in-fighting between “spiritual” people, even to the extent of claiming that certain people and organisations are “of the dark” or “false light” when it is simply a matter of different perspective/path. For myself and Åsa-Maria, this was actually part of the beauty of the tour. We view it that the higher frequencies of the pyramids as well as the interactions within the group, were bringing up the lower vibrational belief systems to the surface to be cleared presenting a fantastic opportunity for transformation to occur. For those on the tour that were still identified with the egoic state, it may have seemed uncomfortable for them but from our perspective it was wonderful to see their energetics change to a higher bandwidth shall we say, as the days progressed.

The tour

Over the coming days we visited various different parts of the pyramid complex, including the underground tunnels, archeological park, various ancient mounds and structures as well as several of the pyramids themselves. We also had several talks we could go to organised by one of the several speakers there. Judy Satori, Grand Master Brahmarshi Patriji and several other people gave guided meditations throughout the tour, often to aid in activating energies related to the pyramids and/or ourselves.

Though there were other smaller pyramids and others yet to be investigated to be confirmed as pyramids, the tour was mostly concerned with the Pyramid of the Sun, Pyramid of the Moon, Pyramid of the Dragon, and Pyramid of Love, as they have been named by the Bosnians. We also spent a lot of time in the prehistoric underground tunnels and visited other ancient structures such as the tumulus.

Controversy over their discovery

The Pyramid of the Sun was discovered when Dr Sam Osmanagich (a Bosnian businessman, archaeologist, anthropological professor and author whose website you can find here) was visiting Visoko to go to a museum there. When looking at the hillside that overlooks Visoko, he found it remarkably pyramidal shaped. Soon after some initial investigations, he built a non-profit organisation called the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation, to further investigate and help educate others of their findings.

The organisation has come under quite a lot of pressure over the years as their findings go against the current story of human history as we are told in text-books. Despite holding international conferences since 2008 where now over 200 experts from various fields of study and countries have supported, confirmed and/or built upon Dr Sam Osmanagich’s findings, there is still a lot of media claiming that the Bosnian pyramids are a fraud. There has been a lot of pressure from the Bosnian government to close down investigations and even some prominent Egyptologists and archaeologists have either shied away from comment or outwardly condemned them.

The much treasured museum within Sarajevo. According to our guides, this was the very first building to be attacked by government forces during the Bosnian War and holds all the records of peaceful interaction between the various religions that happily and very closely co-exist within the capital. Literally you can find multiple Mosques, right next to synagogues and cathedrals. They very much pride themselves as being an example of a country where differing beliefs can happily live in balance which our guides all said was the main thing the conflict aimed to destroy.

Many people have also commented on the fact there was the Bosnian War not too long ago as part of the break-up of Yugoslavia. They theorise that the Pyramid discoveries are simply a way of bringing tourism and hence prosperity back to the people. Though there were certainly many poor people begging for money around the pyramids and Visoko, I felt that the information provided was not only consistent and thorough but also honest.

I find that whenever there is a subject that can create great change on the planet, there will always be those who believe they will have a lot to lose. The evidence and amount of resources being poured into covering something up is often a hint that something important is going on. That being said, it is up to you what you wish to believe. Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun

The Pyramid of the Sun is the largest of the Bosnian pyramids. It is larger than the largest of the Egyptian pyramids and if further excavations are performed beneath the current ones, to confirm underground scans, it is likely to be even bigger!

Like all the other pyramids, it has been covered in soil and vegetation for thousands of years but due to its size, its pyramidal shape can still be seen quite easily as can be seen in these photos. Due to being Bosnia’s capital in medieval times, a fortress was built on top of the pyramid which has somewhat made the top an uneven shape.

It is orientated such that the sides of the pyramid face North, South, East and West. The West face of the pyramid continues into the hills possibly like a very large entrance hall-way, which is much like how other old pyramids around the world are built so I am told. The other pyramids are harder to see mostly due to the large amount of soil movement and depositation over thousands of years as well as the vegetation that has grown over them. Most of the discoveries therefore have been confirmed or suggested by excavation (most of which have been left exposed so that tourists can see for themselves) and underground scanning technologies.

Carbon-dating investigations by several independent organisations all confirm the soil on top of the Pyramid of the Sun to be around 24,800 years old. Plenty of time to have covered the pyramid then. When digging deeper, they were surprised to find that at all excavation sites around the pyramid are covered in “concrete” which appears to be formed from shale from the local hills mixed with clay.

They are laid down in layers that are three times thicker at the corners of the pyramid. They theorise that the concrete could only have been formed by somehow melting the clay rather than simply mixing it as it is so tough – it has been independently tested to be harder than the hardest modern concrete with only 1% absorption rate of water compared to the hardest modern concrete at 3%, so we were told. On top of this, several clay samples of this concrete were independently tested to be 29,200 years old, plus or minus 400 years. If carbon dating is to be believed and if the dates of other pyramids around the world are also correct, this makes the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun to be the largest and oldest pyramid so far discovered.

Various scanning technologies (I apologise for forgetting what sorts of scans have been used!) over the years by several different independent groups all show there to be hard surfaces and empty spaces within the pyramid, as well as possible tunnels leading there. An entrance has yet to be found and much caution by psychics (who by the way have been invited to comment on the history of the pyramid and written about in one of Dr Sam’s books – “Ancient History Beyond the Veil”) has been advised due to the power being generated inside.

Of course there is much speculation about what could be there and the multiple uses, but the measurements of the energy emanating from the sides and top of the pyramids as well as other local structures such as the tumulus are well know. The Ultrasound frequency of 28kHz has been found at all the aforementioned locations. The energy at the peak of the Pyramid of the Sun actually becomes more powerful the further away from the pyramid’s peak you go, suggesting uses in intergalactic communication. There were several stories of people having huge awakenings whilst within these areas especially whilst spending time at the peak of the pyramid.

Both my Self and Åsa-Maria felt such strong energies coming from the pyramids and the surrounding area. Often the energies felt very harmonious and at times uncomfortable as dissonant energies within us came up from within to be released. We both certainly felt a healing effect on our bodies that’s for sure.

Prehistoric “Ravne” tunnels

The tunnels are about 2.5km south-west of the Pyramid of the Sun and along with various meditation platforms and intriguing scientific structures donated by groups from various countries form the Archaeological Park.

One of the many experimental structures built within the park. There are quartz crystals pointing upwards underneath each stone. Each circle has a radius that is a multiple of well-known mathematical numbers including, Pi and Phi. Simply walking in circles within this structure has been shown to temporarily at least improve various health markers and generally improve the aura of a person.

The structure of the tunnels is fascinating and I could hardly do it justice with what I can remember from the trip. Needless to say that they appear to be kept from falling in by energetic tension or memory of some sort. The lack of straight lines (lots of curves), the humidity, strange prehistoric ceramics with rune symbols on them that are around as old as the Pyramid of the Sun, underground water flow and many other components which are poorly understood thus far all contribute to their maintenance.

The different areas of the tunnels suggest that several different dwellers and builders influenced their construction over thousands of years all seemingly in alignment with nature and very knowledgeable. I certainly saw a great many beings with my mind’s eye within the tunnels, some species known to me but many not. There are many photos that people have taken there showing thousands of orbs. There are even videos of moving orbs in the background such as during a politician’s visit whilst being guided by Dr Sam, which I can’t quite find on Youtube at the moment…

Healing effects of the Ravne tunnels

The “Meditation Room” – one of the more open areas within the tunnel complex, named so due to the many healing properties discovered here. Several of our meditation and energy activation sessions led by the various guest speakers were performed in the tunnels and park. Perhaps the most talked-about meditation sessions occurred in complete darkness in the tunnels.

Much like what I said earlier about beneficial/healing energies, the tunnels certainly brought up intense joy in some people and fear in others. When looking at all the scientific studies performed there, it is not surprising why they have such a healing effect.

There have been no toxins found in the air or water within the tunnels. Apart from near the entrance, the temperature is 12.5 degrees celsius, oxygen is 20.4%, and humidity is 85%. This is constant throughout, no matter where you are in the tunnels, which is amazing considering how far from the entrance you can be in there.

In addition, even though the tunnels are on average 25 meters beneath the surface, absolutely no electromagnetic radiation, natural or man-made makes it into the tunnels – much like a Faraday cage. The main ones found there are the well documented and beneficial 28kHz (ultrasound) and 7.83Hz frequencies. The latter most commonly known as the Schumann frequency. Again both frequencies are constant no matter where you are in the tunnels.

According to the Bovis scale, developed by the French physician of the same name, measures the vibrational quality of objects. 0-6500 units is considered life depleting such as a crack in the earth’s surface or food that has gone off. 6500 is considered neutral and 7500-8000 is typical of a healthy human body. Certain Tibetan temples that have been measured are around 14000 Bovis. Using a Bovis meter within the tunnels however showed measurements of 25000 to 40000 Bovis!

When studying negatively charged ions, they are in abundance. Confusingly for some people, negatively charged ions, also called anions are very beneficial for bodily healing as they are involved in anti-oxidant processes greatly aiding in all sorts of conditions. Positively charged ions conversely are harmful as they are involved in the opposite process. The anion concentration of a typical office or meeting room is somewhere between 25-100 per cubic centimeter. On streets within cities that rises to 250-450; villages can vary widely 800-1800; mountain ranges can be around 5000. Within the tunnels the concentration increases the further you go in and especially at certain areas such as around the curious megalithic stones within the tunnels which are reported (and yes I felt it too) to direct and amplify energies within the tunnels. 40 meters from the entrance the concentration is 3000 anions per cubic centimeter rising to 18,000 in the area labelled as “the healing chamber”

It gets better. The water within the tunnels is what I would call activated water. It has been tested to be completely clean of bacteria and toxins and is claimed to have healing properties so long as you keep it sealed in a darkened container if you take it away from the tunnels otherwise it’s properties diminish.

One of several curious stones that appear to be, from scanning techniques, made from separate stones molded together giving them some very interesting electromagnetic properties. Due to their position within the tunnels above underground water currents, they appear to direct energy flow in some way. Note too the runes covering the stone, calling into question how old runes actually are – the tunnels and their contents have been carbon dated to similar ages as the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun!

Considering these measurements, it is not surprising that there have been many studies on the healing effects of the tunnels. Not only is there plenty of data on the stabilisation of blood pressure, blood glucose levels, increased lung capacity and aura vibrational increases for example but also a number of people have had drastic improvements in their conditions especially if spending many hours in the tunnels consistently over many days. There is so much more I could talk about what has been discovered in and around Visoko. I hope I have given you a good overview of what were for me, some of the highlights of my trip. As the years go by there are more and more discoveries being made, however whilst the pyramids are relatively unknown to the general public it is a good time to go to avoid the queues, especially in the narrow and often low-ceiling height tunnels where not many people can fit!

The “Observation Technique” & Vipassana

It has been a while since I last wrote on this blog. Following the 10-day Vipassana retreat I did at Dhamma Dipa in England, back in October last year, I decided to take a break from writing as well as other projects in order to allow my physical body the rest it needed. I decided due to the interest people had in the course, that it would be a good subject to start the blog with again.

The Vipassana course tied in very nicely with the advice I had been giving for years previously which I had been calling “The Observation Technique”. This is something I have been meaning to get into writing for some time now as it is an extremely powerful technique. A technique that as time has gone by, I have realised is really just another way of looking at what have been taught by eastern mystics of the past such as Buddha, and all the way up to the present, such as through Eckart Tolle. Hopefully this blog article will serve as a reference point that can help the mind understand the concept of observational techniques enough, such that you can start using them to better awaken and heal yourself.

Observation is now the main technique I use during my healing sessions to dissolve away whatever may concern you. I find that compared to all the other healing modalities I have used over the years, that this is the most powerful. It is also the most simple. I realised more and more as time went by, that healing is actually very easy and that the more I simplified the methods I used, the more powerful they got.

With the observation technique it goes one step further than that, it feels like I literally get out of the way. You could say that my ego steps aside such that my “higher Self” or source can do the work instead. People who use other techniques also often mention how their techniques improve when they step aside and let it happen.

It is interesting how much information the ego often needs before it will allow healing to happen does it not?! So lets satisfy it for the time being and explore this method in more detail.

Observation in allowance as a measure of spiritual progress

The key thing in observational techniques, in “becoming the observer” as is often quoted, is to do so in complete allowance. That is, to not judge, not react to, not resist or fight what you are observing. On the vipassana course I did, taught by the late Goenka, he calls this being “equanimous”.

Your ability of being able to be in allowance of whatever is occurring, is a better way of perceiving your spiritual progress than measuring your vibrational level alone, though of course your vibrational frequency will increase as a by-product of becoming a better observer.

As I shall write about later on, the physical, emotional and mental symptoms you are experiencing are also not a good measure of spiritual progress, as often these aspects will very often appear to get worse as your awareness of the issues within your Self improves and the resultant healing ensues.

Over time, if you practice observation diligently and persistently, it will be perceived that you will start to become the observer, or if you like your “higher Self”.

This enlightened state is the goal of what vipassana and other observational techniques were designed for. As a by-product of this journey, healing and greater awareness will also occur and so if you wish you can use the below information for those purposes and not necessarily be aiming for enlightenment itself if you wish.

Not being in allowance attracts and creates more suffering

The majority of people in the world as I write this, do not practice allowance. They are constantly fighting, resisting and reacting to the people, environments and situations around them and of course to themselves. If you do this then you simply create more energy of fight/reaction/resistance. More judgement. More ego. More problems. More suffering.

As identified by the 3rd law of the universe, you get out what you put in, or another way of putting it is like attracts like. The law of attraction (which is part of but not all of this 3rd law) has been written about by many people around the world. Despite this, I feel, as have many other spiritual writers, that people haven’t got the full story here. Many people have tried following the positive thinking type practices and have not been able to manifest what they desire.

This is mainly because they are focussing on the mental side of things alone, without realising that the other aspects of Self such as the emotional and physical parts, often hold the opposite vibration or at least a different vibration to what the mind does. This is why I teach that the beliefs you have, are not just those that your mind/ego says you have, but are actually stored within the emotional and physical bodies as well. The energy blocks and dis-harmonious energies that I and other healers talk about are the result of holding onto beliefs that are not in alignment with your physical and energetic bodies.

Observational techniques are a great way of being able to sense these energies and hence understanding what all parts of “you” truly believe. Outside of observational practices, this can be used of course to change your belief systems and hence is why I teach this as part of my Belief Removal / Limitation Removal sessions.

Being in allowance of what you observe eventually dissolves all that doesn’t serve you as you observe it.

There are many perspectives I can use here to explain why this dissolution happens. Firstly due to the 3rd law of the universe, as mentioned above, you are not adding to and “making worse” whatever form of suffering is being experienced. In a similar respect, you could say that if you are not adding energy, then entropy and hence decay is what will eventually happen.

If you look at it in terms of frequency, when you are in a state of complete allowance and so are in a higher vibrational state (compared to the state of judgement for example), then what you are observing is receiving that higher vibrational energy from you, as it flows through your consciousness. In this way, the lower vibrational energy will start to dissolve in the higher vibrational energy you supply it.

Being in complete allowance is what I view unconditional love to be. If you wish to change something or someone based on them being, worse, bad, wrong etc, then that is conditional love, not unconditional love (very different to changing things in a state of allowance or if that thing/person wishes to change). Very few people I would say as I write this love themselves and others unconditionally and so are continually creating suffering. Allowance reverses this and dissolves all that causes suffering.

From the perspective of dimensionality, you are choosing your vibratory state and so choosing what dimension you move to every single moment – literally an unlimited number of times a second. As you observe something from a different vibrational state to what created it then you will be continually choosing to exist in a reality where what you are observing does not exist.

For those that question whether observing things is actually adding and maintaining what is being observed, you will find that this happens only if you are vibrating at the same frequency band that what you are observing exists. As you continue to practice becoming the observer, you will continue to see things from a higher and higher vibrational state and so all that is of a lower vibration will cease to exist for you, or if you like, will dissolve away.

You could also say that being and sensing your “higher Self” and comparing it to a lower vibration thing that you are observing, starts to entrain that lower vibration towards the higher vibration, and so it changes.

Due to the paradoxes and contradictions the human languages bring up when talking about these sorts of subjects I have used many more perspectives in my time as a healer. Hopefully though the above will be enough to help you understanding why observation is a powerful tool to end suffering.

This process works on all levels

It does not matter whether it be a physical sensation such as pain or other symptoms of dis-ease, whether it is an emotion, whether it is mind chatter, whether it is your aura or energetic parts of Self, whether it is outside or inside of you, whether it is an energy block, parasite, implant, curse, entity etc. All things will eventually dissolve as you become more and more the observer.

Certain things that are more related to the physical realm, such as a scar from surgery, your relationship with someone you don’t get on with, or your monetary situation for example may not change in the way you might expect initially. Mostly it is because of the many other beliefs that are indirectly related to these issues still being present within you. So initially for most people the scar will look the same but you do not have any negative thoughts or emotional charge about it. The other person may not change their personality at all and yet you are comfortable being around them. You may not get more money in life but you suddenly seem to manage fine and enjoy life with the money you already have.

Eventually as you continue to observe and connect with higher Self of course, the changes will go deeper and the scar, person and monetary situation will start to change as well as your perception of them. Many people do not spend enough of their day being equanimous to reach this state of complete change. Especially if inbetween meditation sessions they continue to add to, maintain or re-create the beliefs that cause a particular form of suffering.

For things in the energetic realms, they change much more readily as they are not so bound by the laws of this physical reality we chose. This is why energy blocks, implants etc can change very quickly indeed so long as you are not applying the laws of physical reality to them 😉

In the initial stages of observation, the ego often perceives things getting worse

As you start observing various aspects of your Self, you may notice that there are many areas that you cannot sense in much detail, and other areas that you cannot seem to sense at all. If we use the physical body as an example, many people when tuning in, cannot physically feel their spleen. They cannot sense the undulations of the surface of the spleen, or even get a sense of where it is in the body at all.

So when you start to observe the body in more detail it is very often the case that as you become more aware of an organ such as the spleen, you will also become aware of pain and other uncomfortable physical symptoms. On the emotional level maybe powerlessness, and on the mental level mind chatter relating to this.

The ego will often perceive that you are getting worse or that you have now acquired a new problem. The vast majority of the time, with people on the awakening path, it is simply that you are becoming more aware of things that were already there.

On top of that, you will often get more symptoms as the body starts to heal the affected area that had been ignored in the past – what we call a “healing crisis”. You can get similar things from receiving a healing, as I have explained to many of you who have come to me complaining that another healer has made you worse 😉

You could say that people on the awakening path are going through a prolonged healing crisis as they start to become aware of layer upon layer of issues stored way and ignored – from earlier in their current life, from past lives and especially on the physical level, from their physical body’s ancestry’s experiences, often called cellular memory. What was previously sub/un-conscious then becomes conscious you could say. Note the words awareness and awakening here in relation to un/sub consciousness becoming conscious.

As you continue to observe, these issues will eventually start to dissolve, as I well know from continuing to observe my left kidney and all the related symptoms for over a year with my ego constantly saying that “this doesn’t work!” along with all sort of other thoughts too. Of course it did dissolve away eventually as I continued to watch and the fight left my body.

As you practice, it will often seem that things take time to change to start with. Trying to force change will actually slow down the healing effect – something which is common for those who wish to use this technique to overcome a disease. As you settle into truly observing more than forcing, the changes will start to happen more quickly and with more practice, some issues will appear to dissolve or leave the body in a split-second!

True observation happens in the present, the “now”

You may notice that there are many practices that could be considered observational techniques. These include, Tai Chi, Yoga, mindfulness and all the various forms of meditation. What is common to all of these is that they all guide you closer to living in the present, or “the now” as Eckart Tolle likes to describe it.

When you are holding onto the past, you continually recreate more or similar in the future. Judgements and the beliefs they create can only happen when maintaining your hold on the past. In this way, the majority of the people in the world continually recreate more of the same for their future. This is why there is so much talk about letting go.

By being in the present, the past cannot affect you and as you continue to be in the present, you lessen your association with the identity you believe you are, based on past experiences. Much more possibilities are open to you without the tunnel-vision created by your judgements of the past hence why miracles and eureka moments happen in this state. You could also say that your “higher Self” exists beyond linear time and so being present in the now is the path to connecting with and becoming one with it.

If you are judging, resisting, reacting, and fighting with what you are observing then you are not being in the now and so are not truly observing. If you are looking at something with judgement then it is like only seeing the world through different shade of green because of wearing green-tinted glasses. Dissolving those judgements and the beliefs they create opens you up to higher truths much like taking off your green glasses and being able to see more colours. Continuing to remove these lenses of judgement will eventually help you see how beautiful everything and everyone is, that the divine/god/all-that-is/oneness is within them all and they all have a wonderful purpose.

This is why it is important to learn to become “equanimous” or if you like to be in complete allowance of what you observe, such that the veil of your reality can be dropped.

Vipassana and observation

Most of the information you will come across on the internet about vipassana will be a simple meditation technique involving sitting or lying in a comfortable position and simply observing the breath in an equanimous state. Some will talk about observing another body part, but generally sitting/lying whilst observing the breath, being in allowance with whatever sensations come up and bringing your awareness gently back to the breath if thoughts or other distractions happen, is all that is required. Nothing more, nothing less.

You can get very far indeed using this technique and many things will open up to you as you continue to go deeper with this, and I very much recommend that you do this if it resonates with you.

The body scanning technique

Within the Vipassana course in did in the UK last October a variation of this technique was used. After 3 days of learning to focus the awareness, the last 7 days of the course involved scanning the body in an equanimous state. By scanning I mean, sensing whatever you can and cannot sense in each body part from top to bottom, bottom to top – coldness, heat, tickle, itch, pain, pressure, movement, numbness, “nice sensations” and of course areas you cannot sense anything at all.

As you repeat this over and over again you will start to notice that you can sense in more and more detail and that what you sense can change, often in seconds. It is common for there to be particular areas that take days, weeks, months or even longer than a year to change or get some sensation in – depending how much consciousness you have in the body, or if you like how “grounded” you are.

The advantage of this technique is that it can often help get the ego out of the way as it is slightly more proactive. Because you are learning to sense into all parts of the physical body, you are helping to become more aware of that sub or un-conscious Self I was speaking about earlier. It also means that many heavy energies relating to your judgements, beliefs, experiences that ultimately cause all your dis-eases and sufferings can “come to the surface” so to speak, in a rapid way as you learn to sense deeper and deeper.

For those who have a stronger connection to ego and so are likely to resist/react/fight the sensations that come up rather than be completely in allowance of them, it is strongly recommended to start gently. This is why during the course they asked us to scan the surface of the skin only. If you go to a deep level sooner rather than later, you will likely have to experience many physical, emotional and mental symptoms that you may find very uncomfortable – you have been warned 😉

If you feel you are ready to go deeper then you might like to start scanning roughly in this order – gross sensations within the body such as over a larger area like the chest, or an entire leg (especially if you find it hard to feel them in much detail); through the layers of the skin, the surfaces of the organs/bones/muscles; the blood vessels; the connective tissues between the organs; within the organs and muscles; within the bones; the nerves; individual tissue types within the organs/muscles/bones; fluid movements within organs; groups of cells; individual cells; cell organelles; molecules; atoms; sub-atomic particles; wave-forms – yes you can go that far with observational techniques if you wish! This is how masters from the East understood quantum physics subjects long before the invention of scientific equipment.

As you become more aware of the body, you will notice that you will also become more aware of the emotional, mental and other energetic parts of Self. Afterall they are all reciprocally related. Many of you may already have developed the ability to sense into these areas to some degree. Sensing into the physical body however is very useful for helping you ground and become more comfortable in this reality rather than escaping it, and it will help you in the other areas of Self energetically anyway.

I have to stress that what I am speaking of here is my interpretation of my experiences of vipassana and not the direct teachings of Goenka and others involved in the vipassana organisation. It just so happens that I already started doing very similar teachings to their body scanning type technique before I went on the 10-day course. The vipassana organisation does not like people outside teaching their techniques in case things are mis-interpreted and I understand what complications could ensue.

Reading about a technique and understanding it logically is not the same as experiencing it and therefore benefiting from it. How many times have you continually read about spiritual and healing practices and not actually used them, or continually jumped from one to another?

Observation of thoughts

Except for some cases of extreme pain, most people are easily able to settle into allowance with physical sensations. Emotions tend to be harder, thoughts even more so. Most people believe so strongly that they are their mind and the thoughts than go through it, that they struggle to step back and observe them. This attachment to mind and/or body is what creates what I and many others call the ego, or false Self if you wish.

In most traditional meditation techniques, you are either taught to watch thoughts float by in your mind (the water method) or to apply a small amount of force (the fire method) to bring your focus back to whatever you are observing in the present. Though they may say differently themselves, Eckart Tolle tends to recommend more the water method whereas I noticed during the Vipassana course I did, that the fire method is used more.

Really I see them as two side of the same coin and as such are simply a matter of perception of the mind rather than two wildly different methods. Two different ways of guiding the ego into letting go if you will, and as such have pros and cons depending on the beliefs of the ego.

If you find that observing thoughts tends to bring up even more thoughts, then you may wish to use the fire method to gently guide your Self back to the present. If this brings up more fight/reaction/resistance then you may prefer the water method. Both methods however can be used in either case depending on what helps more in each individual case.

Both Eckart and Goenka do seem to agree, as do I, that the more you learn to observe the physical body and emotions, the thoughts tend to dissipate anyway.

It might be useful to see thoughts as an expression of the body – “negative” thoughts being representative of a body part not functioning to its fullest potential, not receiving enough of your consciousness you could say. So simply by observing and thus as a by-product healing the body will reduce the amount of “negative” thoughts that occur.

This is why vipassana and other observation techniques tend to focus on the physical body as ultimately it will affect all aspects of Self in the process.

Observation outside of formal practice in everyday life

Though most people will start their awakening and/or healing journey setting aside a particular time of the day to do their practice, ideally if you wish to make progress, it should become something that you attempt to do throughout the day. Many things happen throughout your days and your body, emotions and thoughts are constantly changing in response, according to the beliefs and judgements you hold within you.

If you were to observe all these symptoms, you would be able to dissolve all that doesn’t serve you as you experience them in the now and or course bring yourself closer to the enlightened state at the same time.

Observing all the bodily sensations, emotions and thoughts that come up whilst doing the dishes, watching yet more news on the TV about war and famine, when discussing or arguing with someone, when experiencing a “psychic attack”, when craving a particular food etc call all be wonderful opportunities to heal and become more aware. Eckart Tolle speaks about this in great detail in his books and you tube clips so I suggest that you look into them for more advice on this.

For many people there is much resistance from the ego trying to do this all day and as such it can be more beneficial to start with just an hour a day performing the “body scanning technique” or basic forms of vipassana, such that too much doesn’t come up too soon for the ego to complain about.

Obviously if you have reached a state of being where you can observe the thoughts of ego then it is not a problem for things coming up to be cleared.

The Dharma Dipa

I found out about the Dharma Dipa from my mother as she likes to know about the things going on locally. It is literally only a 10 minute drive from where she lives and where I grew up but I had no idea it was there until after I returned from living in New Zealand where my first awakenings happened.

It also happens to be the biggest vipassana meditation centre in the UK and many people travel far to get there typically for the 10-day courses they offer. Speaking of which, if you would like to go there yourself, you will have to make sure you book early as places fill up fast. When myself and Åsa-Maria booked, we did it the very day registrations opened about 3 months before the course started.

Seeing as I haven’t mentioned about what it was like in similar spiritual courses I have done in the past, I thought that it might be useful to give you some idea of what they are like…

After a half day introduction. The next 10 days were spent in complete silence and not even body language, facial expressions and the like were used unless absolutely necessary, so apart from the time the fire alarm mistakenly went off in my building and I went to go find someone, and a couple of times mine and Åsa-Maria’s eyes mistakenly met in the few places we could actually see each other, I did not use any form of communication at all with anyone there. I know walking past each other like this was tough for some people but I felt right at home in this respect having done similar on many courses before.

I personally only noticed that the man who sat in front of me left on the second day and didn’t pay enough attention to the outside world enough to notice how many other people didn’t make it through the whole 10 days or even know what the person sitting right next to me looked like! He turned out to be a lovely man orignally from Finland when we were finally able to talk openly to each other.

No technology and no reading or writing materials were allowed inside, which is why I have no photos of the premises – though I notice that some people must have sneaked in a camera due to some pictures I found on the internet! Basically nothing to distract you from being present.

Male and females were kept completely seperate the entire time. We had seperate buildings, some much like huts, some old farm-house buildings and some converted from old horse stables. We had a seperate garden/wood/walking area. The dining hall had a shutter down the middle so we couldn’t see each other and apart from a few areas where there were no hedges or trees in the way we could only see the opposite sex at the other end of the room within the meditation building.

The whole course had boundaries that you were not allowed to pass so that you weren’t exposed to people and happenings outside of the course, not that you would encounter much from the farmers fields surrounding the site. There were plenty of birds and squirrels hanging around though.

Each day would start off with a bell at 4am. The first meditation would start at 4.30am and you could choose to stay in your room, be in a meditation chamber, elsewhere within the boundaries of the meditation area or in the main hall. The hour-long meditations required us to be in the hall where it was strongly encouraged to sit completely still unless movement was absolutely necessary. Longer meditations often had the option of being done outside the hall.

Apart from the meditation sessions, in the evening there were pre-recorded videos of of the late Goenka. During these sessions the teachings for the next day as well as some background information were conveyed. In all there were 10 hours of meditation done each day with breaks in between before bed at 9pm.

All meals were vegetarian and of a fantastic standard. Porridge, fruit and cereal were the mainstay for breakfast. Lunch had the most variety of main meals. Dinner was literally 2 pieces of fruit and for those who had done the course before, just one piece of fruit was advised.

Much like many others, in the first few days I had a lot of pain in certain areas from not being used to sitting in an upright sitting position for long periods. Apart from cushions, chairs were provided for those who could not sit flat on the floor. After two days of intensely sharp pain in the trapezoid muscles like knives had been stuck in them, the pain went completely and I only really had pain down the left leg the rest of the days.

The rest of the time was spent calmly bringing the mind back to sensing the body and observing the mind-chatter, emotions and other sensations that would come up regularly due to how deep I was scanning into the body – again I would recommend that if you struggle with being equanimous that you start off doing the skin rather than going into the organs like I did, so that it is not so much of a problem for the ego! I was already used to simply watching the many emotions and sensation dissolve through observation so really I didn’t really have a tough time so it seems compared to many others after chatting to them.

I certainly felt in increase in the awareness of the various body parts and it was interesting realising how numb certain areas were that I had not paid attention to before.

At the end, myself and my partner both felt like we could have continued on for longer and actually continued meditating in silence even after they announced that we were allowed to speak. At the time we were doing this, a huge proportion of people rushed outside to speak to each other and meet their friends and partners for the first time! It sounded like we were listening to a huge concert hall of people rather than just a couple of dozen people talking because we were so used to the silence.

There is an extra half day after the 10 days to allow people to settle back into speaking again, to help people clean the premises and to prepare for travel. So all-in-all you are there for 10 plus two half days either side.

Around 10 percent of the people left early we found out as they couldn’t take it, and another 20 percent had many fears come up for them but were encouraged to stay. One lady had “gotten it in her head” that her children were in danger even though she knew they were being looked after by her husband at home. In these cases the instructors do allow people to come and talk to them though ideally at specified times of the day to clarify the instructions or express fears. They had offered this lady to call home if she really wanted to but to try and watch the fear and realise that it was just an expression of what was coming up from within.

This is an example of how strong the vipassana technique is in bringing up and dissolving all that creates suffering and learning to be in allowance of that experience. Åsa-Maria certainly has some interesting stories from her experience on the women’s side, especially after they started talking again so she has decided to write about it on this blog at some point in the future.

Though it is not for some, I very much recommend going on this course if you wish to experience fully going into the practice of vipassana. It will certainly help clear much whilst giving you a practice that you can continue long afterwards, it will also give you some experience to go along with the observation technique I have been explaining.
